The City of Mt. Morris contracts out all our Inspectors through Rob Kehoe. However, if you are looking to apply for ANY permit please contact Mt. Morris City Hall for information. Please click Forms and Applications for permits.

Generates and authorize's a wide range of permits as well as inform residents of the fees/procedures for these permits. Prepare and bill rental dwellings, permits weed/snow/miscellaneous invoices. Generate and maintain various reports and outstanding accounts. Provides needed documents for City Manager/City Council. Data entry of code complaints when needed.
